Each month the community nominates a 'Hero of the Month,' (vhero) a VTuber recognized for their kindness, charity work, or uplifting spirit. Through my art I hope to highlight their good deeds and inspire others to give back and spread kindness too.Below you can nominate someone who you think fits these values. Last Updated 18 / 2 / 2025Thank you for considering TiniBee as your artist. By commissioning Bee you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are intended to foster a professional and seamless working relationship. Please review them carefully.

General
◦ I have the right to refuse requests I am not comfortable with.
◦ You are not allowed to redistribute the files, make edits on the file or claim the artwork as your own.
◦ I have the right to use all commissioned models as a part of my portfolio. You may inform me if you wish to keep the commission private till debut.Do's and Don'tsCan Draw:
◦ Original characters and fanart
◦ Female characters
◦ Semi NSFW OK.
◦ Simple and semi-complex backgroundsWon't Draw:
◦ Male characters
◦ Furries / Anthropomorphic characters
◦ Nude art
◦ Imitation of other artist's styles
◦ Realistic features / Realism artwork
◦ Gore
◦ Offensive or harmful themes
◦ Mecha, vehicles and weapons. No heavy machinery or armor.

Adoptables
◦ Must be upfront and Paypal only - no payment plans for adoptables under $500
◦ Must credit me as their designer on all social media it's used on
◦ Cannot resell for higher than what you bought it at and if reselling please let me know who buys

◦ Absolutely no refunds when bought! (Unless I'm buying it back if you're reselling it)
◦ No changes can be done to the design unless spoken to me first about it + I am available to make major/minor changes for a price depending on the change.

Live2d TOS

Live2D Commission Process
The process is outline in the following steps.
1. Client provides a reference sheet and detailed description of desired model or add-ons.
2. Tinibee will provide a cost quote based on client's requirements
3. Depending on Tinibee's work queue, the request may not be immediately processed and will be placed on a waiting list.
4. To be placed on the waiting list the client must pay 10% of the full model cost to ensure their place in the waiting list (this is to ensure that the client is 100% sure in commissioning Tinibee and does not wastes her time).
5. When Tinibee is up to the client in the waiting list, Tinibee will send the client an invoice with no due date and no amount limit. The client can pay as little as $1 but Tinibee will not begin the model till at least half the invoice has been paid off.
6. WIPS and frequent updates will be sent through Discord or X direct messages.
7. No files will be sent until the full invoice has been paid.Payment Terms
◦ Payments are accepted in US dollars (USD) via Paypal invoicing services.
◦ All Prices are determined based on the complexity and requirements of the commission. Prices will be discussed and confirmed before the work begins.
◦ A non-refundable waiting list of 10% is required upfront to secure the commission slot.
◦ Model will not begin until 50% of the invoice is paid and model files will not be delivered unless the invoice is paid.Revisions
◦ There is no limit to revisions as I'd like to make sure the client is happy with the model.
◦ Once the model has already been confirmed and delivered, any changes after will require an additional payment.
◦ Please note that Tinibee's art style continuously changes and may not look the same. If client wants an updated model, they must pay and go through the whole commission process again.Client Responsibilities
◦ Clients are required to provide precise and detailed descriptions of their requirements, along with any relevant reference materials needed for the commission.
◦ Clients should provide prompt feedback during revision stages to maintain smooth project progress.
◦ Clients must stay responsive throughout the process. If there is no communication for more than 14 days, the commission may be rescheduled to a later slot. Continued lack of communication may result in the termination of the Commission Agreement.Artist's Rights and Responsibilities
◦ Tinibee reserves the right to decline commissions that are inappropriate or beyond her expertise.
◦ Tinibee can showcase the commissioned artwork in her portfolio, on social media, and in promotional materials.
◦ Any confidential information provided by the client will remain private and will not be disclosed without prior consent.Cancellation and Refund Policy
◦ If the client cancels after paying the deposit, the deposit (waitlist fee) is non-refundable. Cancellations are not allowed once sketching has begun, except in exceptional cases a cancellation fee of 20% will incur.. If the client cancels before sketching starts, they forfeit the slot reservation fee (10%).
◦ If Tinibee must cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund.
◦ If an illegitimate chargeback is filed against Tinibee, the client forfeits all rights and ownership of the commission. Tinibee may use, modify, or resell any part of the commission unless the chargeback dispute is resolved in her favor.Usage Rights and Restrictions
Commercial Use: The model may be used for commercial streaming and VTubing. Any other commercial use of the model’s artwork must be discussed separately and may require an additional commission fee.
Resale and Modification: Clients may not resell models created by Tinibee without explicit permission. Any modifications or add-ons made by another artist require Tinibee's approval.
Usage Restrictions: Clients may not trace, modify using AI, distribute, sell, or reproduce any part of the original commission files.Rush Commissions
- Model commissions do not have a set deadline and may take from 1-3 months to complete. This timeframe may be affected and delayed due to personal reasons or health issues. Be ensured that any situations in Tinibee's personal life will be communicated if it represents any delays in commissions.
- Rush commissions can be requested for 2x the full model cost. This earliest the model can be completed is within 2 month. Any shorter time, Tinibee will have the right to deny the rush request.By commissioning Tinibee, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
